Mila building core memories in Shantou ✨ From making new friends to stepping out of her comfort zone, she was thriving every step of the way on this @flyscoot trip!

From her first taste of goose meat (and loved it) to playing with older children using the little Mandarin she knows…I was amazed at how much courage she found when love and encouragement were by her side. Grandma’s steady hand and Papa’s quiet strength gave her the freedom to explore and be her fearless self.

What started as a three generation trip became an unforgettable memory for the smallest but bravest traveller of us all! Mila can’t wait for her next adventure !

Who knew a @flyscoot trip to Shantou would show me just how strong my mum REALLY is? 🥵💪

A first time having 3 generations of ladies in the family too! My mum, my daughter Mila, and me. I can’t believe it’s been 20 years since my family last visited China! Travel truly has its magic to bond us all as a family with new experiences…just like how we used to go on trips when my dad was still with us.

We walked a lot (way more than in Singapore), and when I felt like giving up… my 70-year-old mum just kept going?! The heat was also something else and there was not a word of complaint from @its_mum_yee?! Now THAT is the definition of resilience (and I know I’ve got a lot to learn from her generation).

I’ve learned that she’s always open to adventure — even making Png kueh for the first time. P.S. She’s hasn’t explored the kitchen much with all the time she’s invested in her career.

From our first ever beef hotpot experience to night market snacks and deep convos over fruit bowls, we had a chance to hear my mum’s story of how her parents came to Singapore with nothing but suitcases and just HAD to make life work.

Thank you @flyscoot for helping us create memories that feel like magic! We’ve already planned our next family trip!

Our not so little Mila has blossomed 🥹 from Pre-Nursery to Nursery at @etonhouseinternational!

She may have some new teachers this year, but we’re so glad she’s still surrounded by friends from her pre-nursery class! Their friendships continue to grow both inside and outside the classroom ❤️

As parents, Camilo and I are so proud how Mila sings SO much more now, has hilarious and engaging conversations at mealtimes and has gained an insane amount of confidence as a little young lady!

The Reggio Emilia approach — which encourages children to learn through exploration, creativity, and collaboration, is clearly helping her thrive in such a nurturing environment 🌱!!

More than anything, she’s a happy little camper just living her best life and we’re grateful to be here to take it all in.

Mila had the best morning exploring the brand new @etonhouseinternational City Pre-School! She was instantly drawn to the skyline views, wide open spaces, and Mandarin immersion experiences.

If you didn’t know, this gorgeous campus just opened in June and sits right above Income at Raffles Place on Level 3.

The city literally becomes the classroom here…children go out to learn about the stories behind iconic buildings, meet people who work in the CBD, and understand how the city works.

Open 7am–7pm with flexible care options (and infant care coming soon!), it’s such a dream for parents working in the area.

Highly recommend booking a visit… the space, the ateliers, and the outdoor adventure park speak for themselves.
