I had the honour of hosting the Jewels of Spring Dinner at the ParkRoyal on Beach Road Hotel on 24 February 2015. After a rousing lion dance, guests were warmly welcomed by Mr. Bernold O. Schroeder, CEO of Pan Pacific Hotels. It was a night of feasting on signature dishes specially prepared by chefs of the respective Pan Pacific Hotels.
