Social Mobility Summit

Charmaine hosted the second edition of the summit, examining what drives social mobility in Singapore.

The summit mapped the journey from evidence to intervention and employment: exploring what has proven effective, how sustained support can improve life chances, and how workplaces can turn a first job into a launchpad for long-term advancement. 

A key highlight was an insightful fireside chat with Minister Ong Ye Kung on the realities and opportunities surrounding social mobility in Singapore.
