This initiative supports the Down Syndrome Association’s effort to set a Singapore Book of Records for the largest gathering of 231 people wearing mismatched socks, which was also held in celebration of their 30th anniversary on 28 March 2026 at Suntec City.

    Charmaine launched the new BT Global that shares global business insights and market trends in Asia. The event welcomed distinguished guests, including corporate leaders, ASEAN ambassadors, and Singapore ministry officials led by Minister for Manpower Tan See Leng, and attended by former DPM Heng Swee Keat and Dr Amy Khor.  Minister Tan See Leng highlighted how Singapore can navigate volatility through principled approaches, investing in people, and building economic resilience. The programme opened with an award-winning Lion and Dragon Dance performance — a symbolic display of prosperity, strength and continued success. Distinguished guests and valued partners were treated to a curated Chinese fusion showcase that blended tradition with contemporary flair. The evening concluded with a lucky draw and karaoke segment.

    Charmaine ushered in PPHG’s Lunar New Year with warmth and vibrant festive energy. The festivities were kicked off with a traditional acrobatic Lion Dance performance, setting an auspicious and energetic tone for the afternoon. It was a celebration defined by connection and excellence, with a thoughtfully curated programme that brought together exceptional hospitality and entertainment. Guests indulged in a sumptuous menu specially crafted by the Executive Chefs from all five hotels. The entertainment segment featured Imelda, who elevated the festive atmosphere with a captivating performance alongside the Singapore Symphony Orchestra, before the celebration concluded on a high note with exciting lucky draw prizes.

    Hosting Li Jin brought audiences into close conversation with one of China’s most celebrated ink artists. In her interview with Li Jin, Charmaine learned that his artistic journey began at just three years old, when the brush became a tool for focus and expression, evolving into a visual language for capturing the poetry of everyday life. Shaped by his travels across Bali, Japan, and China, his works feature familiar motifs — cabbage, hong shao rou, expressive fish, and subtle self-portraits — layered with memory, culture, and perspective.  Presented by ICON Singapore as part of Singapore Art Week and ART SG, his works are held in major museum collections worldwide, including The Metropolitan Museum of Art and the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston, a testament to the timeless resonance of his artistic voice.
