Charmaine launched a community programme created to make financial literacy, movement and climate-health education engaging for young participants. A healthier, more resilient future starts with our children. Charmaine launched Get Fit! Get Lit!, a community programme designed to make financial literacy, physical activity and climate-health education engaging for young participants. Through Cha-Ching and interactive activity stations, children explored money management, movement, climate change and health in a fun, hands-on way. MOS Dinesh Vasu Dash signed the MOU, marking the programme’s commitment to equipping more than 3,000 children with practical skills to make informed choices, stay active and contribute to a stronger community.

Charmaine honoured outstanding award recipients, celebrating the airlines that continue to strengthen Singapore’s position as a global aviation hub. Acting Minister for Transport Jeffrey Siow shared that the ongoing Terminal 3 enhancement programme forms part of Changi Airport Group’s S$3 billion investment to expand capacity and pilot new robotics and digital technologies in self-service check-in and security screening ahead of the opening of Terminal 5. Congratulations to all 24 award winners, including Scoot, which was named Partner of the Year for expanding connectivity with 13 new destinations and further strengthening Changi Airport’s network in recent years.

The discussion also highlighted long-term wellbeing and modern protection, emphasising the role of regular exercise and the impact of dietary cholesterol on heart health, empowering individuals to take a more proactive approach to their health.

This initiative supports the Down Syndrome Association’s effort to set a Singapore Book of Records for the largest gathering of 231 people wearing mismatched socks, which was also held in celebration of their 30th anniversary on 28 March 2026 at Suntec City.

Charmaine ushered in PPHG’s Lunar New Year with warmth and vibrant festive energy. The festivities were kicked off with a traditional acrobatic Lion Dance performance, setting an auspicious and energetic tone for the afternoon. It was a celebration defined by connection and excellence, with a thoughtfully curated programme that brought together exceptional hospitality and entertainment. Guests indulged in a sumptuous menu specially crafted by the Executive Chefs from all five hotels. The entertainment segment featured Imelda, who elevated the festive atmosphere with a captivating performance alongside the Singapore Symphony Orchestra, before the celebration concluded on a high note with exciting lucky draw prizes.

Hosting Li Jin brought audiences into close conversation with one of China’s most celebrated ink artists. In her interview with Li Jin, Charmaine learned that his artistic journey began at just three years old, when the brush became a tool for focus and expression, evolving into a visual language for capturing the poetry of everyday life. Shaped by his travels across Bali, Japan, and China, his works feature familiar motifs — cabbage, hong shao rou, expressive fish, and subtle self-portraits — layered with memory, culture, and perspective.  Presented by ICON Singapore as part of Singapore Art Week and ART SG, his works are held in major museum collections worldwide, including The Metropolitan Museum of Art and the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston, a testament to the timeless resonance of his artistic voice.
