I hosted the Shape Fitness Fiesta 2014 at Big Splash East Coast Park on 16 March 2014 at 7am. As Shape is turning 10 this year, they’ve got exciting stuff lined up for everyone till the end of the year. For the Fitness Fiesta, participants excitedly tried Kickboxing, a high intensity workout, Cardio Latino dance and Stretch Fit exercises. The total workout improved muscle strength, tones coordination and reflexes, and leaves everyone sweating for more. The workout experience also achieved a better range of motion and created a greater sense of balance.
